    Dr. Sandeep "Deep" Palakodeti brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of value-based care, longevity medicine, and healthcare innovation. As the Founder and CEO of Velocity Health, Dr. Deep is focused on building next-generation models of care that prioritize prevention, personalization, and long-term wellness.

    He earned both his Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Public Health (MPH) degrees from Wright State University. He went on to complete his Internal Medicine residency at Kaiser Permanente, one of the nation’s most respected integrated healthcare systems. He then was accepted into a prestigious fellowship in Healthcare Innovation at Harvard Medical School, where he deepened his expertise in designing scalable, patient-centered healthcare solutions.

    Throughout his career, Dr. Palakodeti has held clinical and executive roles across renowned institutions, including the Mayo Clinic and CareMore Health. He has also served in leadership positions within health tech startups and major academic medical centers, consistently working at the forefront of care model redesign and digital health integration.

    Dr. Deep is recognized for his forward-thinking leadership and commitment to improving population health outcomes through data-driven, holistic approaches to medicine.

    Brock Reichert brings over ten years of expertise in emergency medicine as a seasoned physician assistant. He is dedicated to unlocking the secrets of human physiology to boost not only performance but also vitality and overall well-being. Brock employs individualized lab analysis and specialized nutritional and supplemental interventions to achieve these goals. His varied athletic experiences, from college basketball to bodybuilding and endurance sports, highlight his commitment to both his personal and professional health optimization. Brock remains at the cutting edge of human health advancements, continually exploring new approaches to elevate human potential.

  • Dr. Jasen Sood is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in primary and urgent care. He has a deep passion for addressing chronic disease as a systemic issue in healthcare. As a Jefferson/Rowan Family Medicine resident, he mentored medical students, focusing on improving bedside manner and patient trust. Dr. Sood also led initiatives like community vegetable gardens to enhance health education. His work during COVID-19 deepened his commitment to transforming healthcare. At Velocity Health, he continues to advocate for holistic, preventive care. Outside work, he enjoys gardening, improv, and spending time with his daughters.

  • Dr. Brittany Busse is an accomplished healthcare leader and experienced physician. She earned her MD from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in 2009 and began a Surgery residency at the University of California Davis. After several years in Urgent Care, she transitioned to Telehealth and entrepreneurship. For the past eight years, she has focused on Telemedicine, advocating for Digital Health as a future solution for providers and patients. Dr. Busse emphasizes compassionate care, curiosity, and patient advocacy. She is passionate about partnering with patients, especially women, who have felt unseen and pushed aside by the traditional system.

  • Meet Dr. Sameer Sood, a transformative figure in healthcare through education, technology, and improved care delivery since 2011. He teaches digital health and innovation at various medical schools and advises health tech startups. His venture, Sherbit Health, focused on remote-patient monitoring, was acquired by Huma in 2018. After completing his Family Medicine residency at Duke University, Dr. Sood served marginalized communities and worked on transforming healthcare systems through technology and social innovations. Recently, he was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Elevance Health, shaping their social determinants strategy. Additionally, Dr. Sood runs FwdSlash, a company dedicated to improving Medicaid and social equity, enjoys backpacking globally, and is an avid beach volleyball player.

    When she's not caring for patients, she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her husband and two young children.

  • Dr. Preyasi Kothari trained at SUNY Downstate and Emory, specializes in metabolic health, hormonal transitions, and longevity medicine.   • As an integrative medicine physician specializing in lifestyle and performance medicine, Dr. Dan brings a wealth of expertise. He is board-certified in Family Medicine, Functional Medicine, Sports Medicine, Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, Ringside Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. His advanced certifications include clinical nutrition, holistic lifestyle coaching, and musculoskeletal ultrasonography.

    Dr. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Neuroscience from Denison University and earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine Residency and MBA at The Ohio State University, followed by a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati. As the founder of the Columbus Regenexx affiliate, he specializes in minimally-invasive ultrasound-guided procedures to treat musculoskeletal conditions. He also serves with pride in the United States Army Reserves.

    Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Dan enjoys hiking with his wife, reading to his sons, and training his dog. He is an avid Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner at Supersystem and enjoys strength training.

    Jodi Arth, BS, BSN, RN, is a health coach who draws on her background in emergency medicine, nursing leadership, and healthcare systems, combined with her passion for precision medicine, psychology, and movement, to guide clients through personalized wellness strategies that support longevity, metabolic health, and overall well-being. She holds a Brain Health Professional Certification and is currently pursuing a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner degree, with the goal of expanding her behaviorally focused coaching approach by integrating metabolic psychology to address both the biological and psychological drivers of health. Her training with Moved Academy has deepened her understanding of the intersection between movement, breathwork, and emotional healing. Jodi embraces a holistic, personalized approach to health that integrates mind, body, and emotional resilience. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and immersing herself in new cultures, exploring nature through hiking and outdoor adventures, practicing mindfulness and breathwork, and engaging in wellness activities that nourish both body and mind.

    Austin serves as a dedicated Member Concierge, bringing four years of experience in the medical field. His background includes roles as a patient concierge and work at clinics like Prenuvo and Amen. He is deeply committed to delivering outstanding patient care and is eager to support Velocity Health Clinic's mission.

    His main responsibility involves onboarding new members, facilitating a smooth and effortless entry into the Velocity community. Austin is devoted to offering individualized assistance and guidance to members as they embark on their journey with Velocity Health.

Dr. Julie Rashkis
  • Dr. Julie Rashkis, is a Performance Mindset Coach and Clinical Psychologist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges with resilience and optimized well-being. Dr. Rashkis brings over 20 years of clinical experience, combining cognitive-behavioral tools, insight-oriented work, practical interventions, and accountability strategies to help clients perform at their best while maintaining balance and wellbeing.  Dr. Rashkis offers an engaged and supportive partnership for real change and deeper life satisfaction.

    Outside of her coaching work for Velocity Health Care, Dr. Rashkis is the founder of Therapy for Midlife®, a telehealth therapy practice that supports adults and couples navigating the complex transitions of midlife. She helps guide individuals and couples facing challenges related to the menopause transition, health conditions, caregiving, relationship concerns, men’s mental health, and midlife career shifts. 

    Dr. Rashkis earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the APA-accredited Wright Institute in Berkeley, California and holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of California, Davis.  She is a licensed psychologist in California, Wisconsin, and each of the 40 plus PSYPACT participating states and has played a vital role in various health care settings providing therapy, crisis intervention, consultation, supervision, and group facilitation.

Mike Aidala
  • Mike Aidala is a distinguished performance mindset coach with over 15 years of experience, known for working with high-profile clients including NFL athletes, A-list celebrities, U.S. ambassadors, and Fortune 500 executives.

    As the founder of The Offense, Mike leads a specialized coaching practice focused on developing results-driven programs that spark lasting personal and professional transformation. His approach blends proven modalities with a deep understanding of mindset, helping clients align their actions with meaningful goals and sustainable success. Mike has been featured in top publications like Men’s Health, GQ, Men’s Journal, Muscle & Fitness, and Well+Good, and is widely recognized as a leader in the field. He is also a world-record-holding strength athlete best known for the heaviest Turkish Get-Up ever recorded. A Garmin-sponsored athlete, Mike has completed over 20 ultramarathons and once paddleboarded 82 miles from the Bahamas to Florida.

Dan McGee
  • Dan McGee is a leadership coach with over 30 years of experience in building and leading teams in high-pressure environments. He helps leaders not only navigate the complexities of their roles but also tackle the everyday challenges that impact their effectiveness—whether it’s health, family, time management, or personal organization.

    Dan’s leadership journey spans eight years as a United States Marine Corps infantry officer and 21 years as an FBI Special Agent, giving him a unique perspective on the stresses of leadership.

    He believes that leaders often struggle with more than just their professional responsibilities. The personal stressors they face can have a profound impact on their ability to lead effectively. Dan is committed to helping leaders find balance, clarity, and resilience, empowering them to lead with confidence, no matter what life throws their way.
